If you aren't local pickup, we ship via UPS ground and will provide you the tracking number once shipped. Each item is packaged with care, and bublewrap/styrofoam to protect it. Once you item leaves our shop, we are not liable for any damage in shipping or lost in transit issues. However, there is insurance on the items we ship with UPS, so in the are occassion there is an issue, just reach out! *Due to shipping size restrictions, packages can be up to 150 inches in length and girth combined
